Who was Henry Ford?

Henry was born in 1868, on July 30th in Dearborn, Michigan. When Henry was young, he took an interest in how full sized steam engines worked. Mr. Ford was so intrigued by machines, in 1879 he left his home to pursue jobs that would give him the opportunity to learn more about these machines. He was married in 1888 to a Clara Bryant. Around 1896 he had become the chief engineer of the Illuminating Company in Detroit. But Henry had other hope in dreams he set out to be one of the people trying to build the horseless carriage. With the work of some friends, they were able to make the first carriage, called the Quadricycle. The group of friends then made a second car around 1898.

By now Henry believes he could go further and gather him some businessmen to help him start a company to sell these cars he had created. The company did not succeed, so he tried a second time and still no success. After failing twice Henry decided to take an even bigger step, which was a huge risk and he built racing cars, this car caught the eye of the kind of people he needed financially. Henry developed his company by June 16, 1903. In this company is where Henry developed the assembly line when this year was over he had finally established the T models. After many years of hard work and much success, Henry passed down his company to his grandson Henry II and eventually retired and died at the age 83.

Henry had this quote that he use to say "Whether you think you can or you think you can't, either way, you're right." I believe Ford believed no matter what it is if you believe it then you are capable of it . This is true for Ford because anything Henry wanted to do, he did it. Ford didn’t give up, he worked hard to be successful. There were no limits to what he thought he was capable of. The reason why I believe this quote "Whether you think you can or you think you can't, either way, you're right." is true is because for me Whenever I feel I can’t do something it becomes true. I lose motivation and without motivation, you cannot be successful. But when I believe in myself and think I am capable of doing it. I usually succeed.
